A planned community concept that connects housing with family stability, employment, education, transportation, nutrition, wellness and recreation, so that a safe place to live becomes a path to long-term independence.
Proposed amenities include a community dining facility, workforce development center, family resource center and daycare, community transportation, wellness areas and resident gardens. All amenities are planned and not yet operational.
